The services related to the LE LASE WINE CLUB digital platform are provided by Le Querce Antiche with registered office in Via dei Mille 21, 01030 Vasanello (VT) - VAT number 01773180565.
The purchase of products through the LE LASE WINE CLUB platform is reserved for registered adult users only.
Purchases of products for resale are not permitted.
LE LASE WINE CLUB is responsible for the management, updating, maintenance of the platform, receipt of purchase offers, transmission of the order confirmation, shipment of the ordered product, provision of the after-sales assistance service. The products illustrated through LE LASE WINE CLUB are offered for sale by LE QUERCE ANTICHE SOC.AGR.SEMPL.
By completing the purchase offer, the user accepts these general conditions of sale.
2 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
These general conditions of sale are valid between the company LE QUERCE ANTICHE SOC.AGR.SEMPL. and the registered natural and/or legal person who makes online purchases through the lelasewineclub website.

With these general conditions of saleLE QUERCE ANTICHE SOC.AGR.SEMPL.sells remotely to the registered user of legal age, who purchases, wine products offered for sale on the lelasewineclub website.
The purchase contract is concluded via the internet, by accessing the user at the 'lelasewineclub' address and the subsequent completion of the purchase order according to the procedure illustrated in the following article 6.
The user undertakes to read, before confirming his order, these general conditions of sale with specific reference to the pre-contractual information reserved for the consumer.
The user must provide proof of acknowledgment of these general conditions of sale by flagging the digital acknowledgment declaration box.
The communication, via e-mail confirmation, of the purchase order will indicate to the registered user the link from which to download these general conditions of sale and the regulation.
5 – PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION FOR THE CONSUMER

6 – PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Each order sent constitutes an offer to purchase the products covered by the order.
Order fulfillment is subject to the availability of the products ordered and to the discretionary acceptance of the same byLE QUERCE ANTICHE SOC.AGR.SEMPL.

8 – EXECUTION OF ORDERS
The order is carried out by LE QUERCE ANTICHE SOC.AGR.SEMPL. in compliance with the terms indicated on the summary page, specified in the order confirmation communication.
The confirmation of receipt of the order must be considered sent subject to evaluating the actual availability of the product ordered, in compliance with the provisions of the previous article 6.
The online indication of the availability of the product selected for purchase must be considered purely indicative since: a) the products could be sold to other users before receiving the order confirmation e-mail, due to the simultaneous online presence of multiple users; and/or b) computer anomalies could occur such as to make the product/products actually unavailable for purchase available.
In the event of the unavailability of the product or products ordered, the order will be automatically corrected by deleting the product or products not available.
The user will be informed of the total or partial unavailability of the products, with the right to confirm the order in relation to the products actually available or to completely revoke the purchase order.
9 – PRICES

13 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products, returning the delivered goods to the seller.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products delivered sealed that have been opened by the purchaser.
The notice of withdrawal must be sent by e-mail to the address info@lelase.com within the term of 14 (fourteen) days starting from the date of delivery and must contain: a) the expression of will by the user to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 54 of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014; b) the indication of the products for which the purchaser intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, including the specification of the article code of the product; c) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase; d) the identification details of the invoice issued by the seller in relation to the products purchased. The buyer who has exercised the right of withdrawal must return the intact goods within fourteen days from the date of communication of the withdrawal. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, LE QUERCE ANTICHE SAS will proceed by crediting the withdrawing contractor with the amount paid for the purchase of the product/s within the maximum period of thirty days starting from the date on which the seller became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
In any case, the amount paid will not be credited before: a) LE QUERCE ANTICHE SAS has received the shipment of the product(s); b) LE QUERCE ANTICHE SAS has verified the integrity of the product/products.
14 – LIABILITY OF THE BUYER
The purchaser is required to ensure that the data relating to his/her user profile is truthful, complete, up-to-date and to promptly communicate any changes to his/her data.
15 – FUNCTIONALITY AND SERVICE INTERRUPTION
LE QUERCE ANTICHE SAS reserves the right to add and/or remove functions and/or characteristics of the digital platform, as well as the right to suspend and/or interrupt the usability of the service, both temporarily and definitively.
LE QUERCE ANTICHE SAS does not assume responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances even when dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet.
16 – NOT PERMITTED USE

17 – AGE REQUIREMENTS
Users declare that they are of age according to the law applicable to them and undertake not to make purchases intended for persons who are not of age according to the law applicable to them.
18 – LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
LE QUERCE ANTICHE SASis not liable for any delays in delivery or for the non-delivery of the product(s) purchased in the event that the delay or non-delivery depends on unforeseeable exceptional circumstances.
