How can I change my login details (email, password, etc.)?

Just click on your name found at the top right in the part dedicated to the header of the site. From there you will have access to your personal data panel and you can change whatever you like. If you want to cancel your account, write to us at info@lelase.com

I would like to contact LE LASE WINE CLUB or make suggestions: what should I do?

Your opinion is very important to us. Write to us at info@lelase.com and we will reply as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel an order placed?

Once an order has been completed and sent it is no longer possible to cancel it. If you had problems during the purchase, write to us at info@lelase and explain what happened. We will do our best to fulfill your request.

How can I return a product?

I received a damaged bottle: how can I return it and receive a refund?

Our courier is very careful to delicately handle the packages sent by LE LASE WINE CLUB to its members. If for some reason one or more bottles arrive damaged at your address, contact our customer care immediately at info@lelase.com and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will respond to you as quickly as possible.

In the case of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to email us a photo with a description of the damage in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.

Can I change my parcel delivery address?

Once an order has been placed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, if you have not yet placed an order, you can correct or change your address at any time: just click on your name at the top right of the site. From there you will have access to your personal data panel and you can change whatever you like.

What type of payment method can I use on LE LASE WINE CLUB?

You can use Paypal and the main credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Poste Pay). Payment can be made by cash on delivery and by bank transfer.

Is my data safe when I make a payment?

With LE LASE WINE CLUB you are safe: all payment information is encrypted to ensure the maximum level of privacy.

I have a Coupon code but I don't know how to use it

The discount code in your possession must be entered on the summary page (where you have the list of all the products). On your right, before the total, you can see the "I have a coupon/gift voucher" box. Write your code there and press "apply" to activate it, when the page has refreshed you will see the words "Coupon code "XXXX" has been applied." and the order total will be canceled by the value of the coupon itself. At this point you can proceed with your order, confirming the shipping address and payment method. I remind you that you can only use one coupon in each order.

I requested an invoice but I didn't find it in the package. How can I get a copy?

If you requested the invoice at the time of purchase, enter your profile , next to the orders you will find the invoice to download in PDF.
ATTENTION: Invoices are issued approximately 2 days after shipping your purchase .

What are the shipping times for my package?
The order will be processed within 48 working hours. Delivery times depend on the shipping areas (48-72 working hours)

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, send us an email to info@lelase.com to check the countries we ship to. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the quantity ordered and the country (and related postal code) of destination.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Certainly. Upon departure of the goods you will receive a confirmation by email with the tracking of your package.

How much does shipping a package cost?

Shipping costs are fixed and amount to €12.90 (ITALY). However, if your order is equal to or greater than €99.00, shipping costs are totally free.

What if my wine tastes corked?

Even if it happens very rarely (about 0.3% of bottles) it can happen that your wine tastes corked. In this case, keep the defective bottle with its contents and write to info@lelase.com : we will intervene immediately.
The refund or replacement cannot take place in the absence of the bottle.
